The service

OutJev.lol is a public showcase and voting board for projects made with Jev. It is provided as-is, without accounts or login. You may browse, submit, and vote without creating a profile.

Submitting a project

When you submit a project you confirm that it is yours to share and that the media, links, and description you provide are accurate and lawful. Do not submit content you do not have the right to post, content that misrepresents someone else's work, or content that is illegal, deceptive, or harmful. You keep ownership of your project; by submitting you grant OutJev.lol a non-exclusive license to display the submission, its media, and the creator details you provide on the site.

Voting

Voting is intended to surface genuinely interesting projects. One vote per person per listing per day is allowed. Automated, coordinated, or paid voting, and attempts to defeat the daily limit, are not permitted and may result in the affected listings or votes being removed.

Removing content

We may edit, hide, or remove any submission or vote at any time, including to address spam, duplicates, legal complaints, or content that breaks these terms. Automated screening may classify or delay a submission.

Sponsor placements

Paid placements are governed by the Sponsor Terms, which cover pricing, creative requirements, scheduling, and refunds. Payment is processed by Stripe.

Third-party services and links

OutJev.lol links to third-party sites such as X, GitHub, and sponsor websites. Those services have their own terms, and we are not responsible for their content or availability.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, OutJev.lol is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
