Refund Policy

Before your campaign starts

You may cancel a sponsor campaign before its scheduled start date and receive a full refund of the amount paid. Email hello@outjev.lol with the company name and the campaign dates, and we will process the refund through Stripe.

After your campaign starts

Sponsor placements are reserved inventory, so campaigns are non-refundable once the scheduled start date has passed. If a campaign is cut short for any reason on our side, we will refund the unused portion on a pro-rated basis.

Removals for terms violations

If we remove a campaign because its creative or landing page breaks the Sponsor Terms, no refund is owed.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method through Stripe. Timing depends on your bank and is typically 5 to 10 business days after the refund is issued.
